Exchange Policy

NO REFUNDS

STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY

Exchanges will be eligible within 14 days after the delivery date. All items must be returned in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges both ways. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded. 

For exchanges, you will be able to choose any piece as long as the item is the same price as the original item you purchased (before taxes and shipping). Store credit will be issued to the email address provided with your return request.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS:

  • Custom Made Items (Charm Bar, Custom Orders)
  • All Final Sale/Clearance Items
  • Tarnished/Damaged/Previously Worn

Ivory Pearl Society is NOT responsible for any lost, damaged, or marked as delivered items. You must file a claim with the Post Office.

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you want to return 
  • Reason for return
